Pre-Deployment Courses:

AST Course Management Plan and the Program of Instruction have been designed to exceed current Department of Defense and US Central Command (CENTCOM) guidance in preparation for the deployment of military personnel and civilian contractors on the battlefield.  AST exclusively uses combat Veteran Special Forces Instructors and Host Nation Assistant Instructors for all pre-deployment training.   AST has built a reputation of providing world class Pre-Deployment training to military and civilian personnel mobilizing for tours to Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, Bosnia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, South America, and Indonesia.   Our successful curricula offers much more than the CRC programs conducted in the past.   Our Program of Instruction is based on our Special Forces expertise and combat experience.   Our pre-deployment training is broken down into three blocks: Cultural Awareness, Threat and Individual Skills.

Special Operations Instruction:

AST provided Instructor and material support for the International Special Forces Qualification Course (ISFQC) in Szolnok Hungary 2007 – 2010.   This course was the first of its kind to operate using U.S. doctrine servicing the newest NATO members from Eastern Europe.   AST was also responsible for creating the Program of Instruction (POI) for the year long course as well as its implementation.
